ARTICULO 2o.- RESPONSABLES POR LA DECLARACION Y PAGO DEL IMPUESTO.

El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores a través del Fondo Rotatorio, será el responsable de declarar y pagar ante las entidades autorizadas para recaudar, el impuesto de timbre causado en el exterior y recaudado por los agentes consulares y los agentes diplomáticos del Gobierno Colombiano cuando cumplan funciones consulares.
