Artículo 16. Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga, los artículos 2, 4, 17, y 25 del Decreto 405 de 2001, el parágrafo del artículo 1° del Decreto 518 de 2001 y el Decreto 707 de 2001.
