ARTICULO 19º. Tarifa del IVA en el servicio de transporte aéreo nacional de pasajeros. El servicio de transporte aéreo nacional de pasajeros estará gravado a la tarifa del diez por ciento (10%), excepto los pasajes que se expidan con destino o procedencia de los siguientes sitios: Departamento de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina, Departamento de Amazonas, Capurganá, Nuquí, Bahía Solano, Guapí, Quibdó y Araracuara.
