Artículo 38. Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto entra a regir el primero (1o) de septiembre de 2008, previa su publicación, y deroga los artículos 277, 282, 285, 286, 287, 288, 327, el numeral 3.5 del artículo 483 y el numeral 2.2.2 del artículo 497 del Decreto 2685 de 1999. (Modificado por el Decreto 2354 del 2008)
