ARTICULO 197. RECUPERACIÓN DE LA DEDUCCIÓN EN LAS PROVISIONES DE PENSIONES DE JUBILACIÓN. Cuando la cuota anual, determinada en la forma prevista en el artículo 113, resulte negativa, constituira renta liquida por recuperación de deducciones.
