ARTICULO 12 INGRESOS DEL EXTERIOR EN DIVISAS NO SOMETIDOS A RETENCION

Los ingresos del exterior en moneda extranjera, obtenidos por empresas de transporte internacional domiciliadas en Colombia, no estarán sometidos a la retención en la fuente de que tratan los Decretos 1402 de 1991 y 1085 de 1992.
