ARTICULO 9o. El formato del CERTIFICADO DE INGRESOS Y RETENCIONES a que se refiere este Decreto, podrá ser diseñado por los mismos retenedores, para su expedición, como formas continuas, siempre y cuando incluya, en el mismo orden y con idéntico texto y distribución, los datos y certificaciones previstos en el modelo oficial.
