ARTICULO 11 RETENCION A LAS AGENCIAS Y AGENTES COLOCADORES DE SEGUROS Y CAPITALIZACION

Lo dispuesto en el artículo 1 del Decreto 1742 de 1992 no será aplicable a las agencias y agentes colocadores de seguros y títulos capitalización, los cuales se seguirán rigiendo por las normas generales de retención en materia de comisiones.
