ARTICULO 57. EXONERACIÓN DE IMPUESTOS PARA LA ZONA DEL NEVADO DEL RUIZ. El ingreso obtenido por la enajenación de los inmuebles a los cuales se refiere el Decreto 3850 de 1985, no constituye para fines tributarios, renta gravable ni ganancia ocasional, en los términos establecidos en dicho decreto.
