ARTICULO 13: FORMA DE PRESENTACION DE LA INFORMACION:

En el momento de la entrega, los medios magnéticos deberán acompañarse del formato DIAN 79.032.97 (anexo 2), adjunto a la presente Resolución, en original y copia debidamente diligenciado

El Formato de Entrega debe ser firmado por el Representante Legal de la Entidad y el Contador Público o Revisor Fiscal cuando este obligado.

Al medio magnético deberá adherirse un rótulo de identificación con el NIT del informante, la razón social, el año gravable al que corresponda la información, y el tipo de entidad informante.
