Artículo 839-2. Embargo, secuestro y remate de bienes. En los aspectos compatibles y no contemplados en este Estatuto, se observarán en el procedimiento administrativo de cobro las disposiciones del Código de Procedimiento Civil que regulan el embargo, secuestro y remate de bienes. (Ley 6/92, art. 87)
